With
the firm since 1970, Wayne R. Crandall was born in Presque
Isle, Maine, September 5, 1941. He
attended Ashland High School, and received his B.A. and L.L.B. from the University
of Maine. In 1968 he was admitted to the Maine Bar and in 1970 he became
a partner in Samuel W. Collins, Jr.'s practice in Rockland Maine. He
is a member of the Knox County, Maine State and American Bar Associations
and the Maine and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a Notary Public.
Wayne has served as Past President of the Camden Area YMCA,
Rockland
Rotary Club,
and Rockland Chamber of Commerce. He has been a director of the Mid
Coast Mental Health Association and Commodore of the Rockland Yacht Club.
He has served as a corporate director of Associated Grocers
of Maine for seven
years. He and his wife Ann live in Rockland and have two grown daughters
and three grandchildren.
Wayne has
an excellent reputation for getting the job done, but he
never loses sight of the ethical standards
of being a "gentleman
lawyer" reminiscent of Alan Bird and "Senator Sam" Collins.
His expertise in real estate
law, corporate
law, civil litigation, estate
planning, probate and
commercial transactions has been called upon to serve numerous
individuals and businesses throughout the Knox, Lincoln, and
Waldo County area and beyond.
Pam Wallace has been Wayne's
assistant since 2002. She joined the firm in 1985 and can
be reached at pam@fourlawmaine.com.
